Great news!

A huge well done to the Y12 team iSurvive for their outstanding performance in last nights Derbyshire Young Enterprise Final. The team were runners up on the evening. The team beat off stiff competition from Ockbrooke School, Derby High, Dronfield, St Mary’s and Queen Elizabeth Grammar School to win ‘Best Presentation’.

The team picked up 5 awards in total over the course of the competition, winning best presentation twice, best marketing, most innovative and creative idea.

All the team played a role in this success but special mention goes to Ria Needham, Emily Newbould, Ella Bright and Ife Babtunde. They were absolutely outstanding throughout. Please do congratulate the team if you see them!

It was great to see how far the students came through the competition and how it has given most an injection of aspiration to go on to do bigger and better things in the future. They also represented the school perfectly.
